Victoria Bannon

Victoria has an extensive background in not-for-profit management, international law and human rights and working with people at risk. She spent over 15 years working abroad with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), managing international development programs and disaster relief operations in over 20 countries, particularly in the Asia/Pacific region. She has also worked in senior management roles in the Australian context on issues concerning refugees and asylum seekers, Aboriginal incarceration, and disadvantaged youth. Victoria now manages her own consulting firm, Humanitarian & Development Consulting and is pursuing her dream of combining community empowerment and social justice with her longstanding passion for the arts.
