actnowtheatre.org.au (the ‘Site’) is an online service owned and operated by ActNow Theatre (ABN 65 672 485 445)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. By using the ActNow Theatre online Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you choose not to be bound by the terms and conditions, ActNow Theatre does not grant you the right to use the Site and you must not use this Site.

Variation

ActNow Theatre may vary these Terms Of Sale at any time. Any variations become effective on posting. By making a purchase through this Site after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.

Ordering Procedure

You may offer to purchase goods described on the Site for a price as per negotiation via phone or email. Your order must contain your name, email address, credit card details and any other ordering information. Payment will be taken via a deposit and then final payment. Terms for refunds are to be negotiated in the show or workshop contract.

We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase. If we reject your offer to purchase the goods for any reasons, neither of us will be under any further liability to the other arising out of your original offer or our non-acceptance of that offer. We give no undertaking as to the availability of products advertised on the Site. The goods are offered for sale only to persons who can make legally binding contracts. If you are under 16 years old you are not permitted to purchase goods on the Site.

Where personal profiles are published for artists you have the right to change any of the details which appear on the Site. ActNow Theatre aims to make sure that the information published is accurate, complete and up to date. You may use the Site and the information contained within it for your own personal and non-commercial reference only. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonably large burden on the Site.
