Let’s Do Better: Posters
Over the last few years, we’ve consulted with our communities and, in collaboration with Democracy in Colour, we’ve developed a series of posters designed to equip workplaces with the resources to create an anti-racist environment that is culturally safe for people from diverse backgrounds.
These FREE printable posters are a great resource for any workplace! They exploring a range of topics including:
important questions to consider when working towards racial justice at work,
the barriers to creating inclusive workplaces and how to address them,
steps to accountability, justice and repair, and
facts and figures that speak to the impact that racism and discrimination have on First Nations people, people of colour and people who identify as LGBTQIA+.
