Rough House

ActNow Theatre and Cirkidz are collaborating on a new work called Rough House (working title) to explores issues surrounding domestic violence and gendered violence.

Consultation workshops are underway with children primary schools and we’ve already had a week-long creative development with actors. Rough House (working title) will target school children aged 7-11, focusing on body autonomy, body awareness, challenging negative identity conclusions, emotional literacy, self-efficacy, safety and consent.

Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA), White Ribbon and Zahra Foundation Australia are all supporting the project.
